We undertake heating system designs and boiler replacement schemes for dwellings and small to medium sized commercial properties.

Our service:

• Designs are based on architects' layouts or, for existing buildings, an initial site survey.
• We specialise in piped hot water radiator systems and underfloor heating solutions.
• We will size boilers, pipes, pumps, hot water generators, and heat emitters.
• If requested, we can advise on and integrate energy saving technologies such as solar thermal, and air or ground source heat pumps.
• If requested, time saving solutions can be adopted such as flexible pipes and manifolds.
• We will deliver designs as A1 size drawings with accompanying specification notes.
• Our domestic designs comply with the guidance given in the ODPM's Domestic Heating Compliance Guide (thereby ensuring a successful SAP rating).
