Our service:
We can receive your drawings as hard copy, pdf (with scale indicated) or as an AutoCAD.dwg file.
Calculations for new and existing dwellings are completed using BRE accredited software.
Designs that fail will be discussed by phone to help resolve causes of failure thereby minimising the need for a re-submittal.
We will provide a full report on the final, successful calculation suitable for submission to building control officers.
Prices for assessment start at £100 for standard dwellings up to 4 bedrooms.
Turnaround varies depending on workload but is currently feasible within 48 hours.

Calculations for new buildings other than dwellings are completed using BRE accredited software.
If your building fails the assessment, a full report will be provided detailing the causes of failure and recommendations on how to improve the energy rating.
If required we can advise on energy saving technologies that will improve the energy rating of the building.
We will provide a full report on the final, successful calculation suitable for submission to building control officers.
Prices and turnaround time vary depending on the size and complexity of the building.
